OSHA Electronic Submission of Records

July 13, 2017

OSHA has proposed to delay the compliance date for electronically submitting injury and illness reports to December 1, 2017 as part of the Final Rule to Improve Tracking of Workplace Injuries and Illnesses.

The Final Rule set an initial deadline of July 1, 2017 as the due date for certain employers to submit their 2016 Form 300A to OSHA electronically. The proposed delay to December 1, 2017 will allow for further review of the rule. Additionally, the electronic reporting system will not be available until August 1.

Updates will be posted here when they are available.
